1 kai, but only because it may seem like I'm cheating if I don't let you, since I'm an Uchiha and all.
Terrain: Plateau in the middle of mountains. Partially surrounding the long range of mountains is a large river, but not very wide, only a few yards. To the west and north of the mountains are just more mountains. To the east and south are a large grassland and the river, which continues running through the grassland.

Two, there are jutsus that could repel shuriken in a very short amount of time, such as Wind Style: Hurricane Punch, etc. So, I wouldn't be killed by the time I noticed them.

Yeah, they are needles, even though they're small, they could still probably pierce through him, at least slightly. Anyway. As the fire/oil combo is continuing towards us, I use:

*when you turn around, I notice your sudden change in speed and, due to the sharingan, your sudden increase of chakra, so I sweep kick your leg*

Because of the sharingan, my speed is enhanced, not to your level, but there's also the fact that you turned around, grabbed my wrist, charged chakra into your fist, and punched me. I believe that I could do a simple sweep kick by that time XD.

Well here's how it happened:

He went into wind mode.
I appeared behind him.
He starts turning around.
I try to leg sweep him.
But now that I think about it, him turning around and him grabbing my wrist would have been basically one, smooth movement. And once he grabbed my wrist, he basically would have crushed it. Like when Itachi grabbed Sasuke's wrist when we saw Itachi in the hotel fighting Sasuke... for like two seconds XD.
