Battle with your custom

Hey everyone im new to naruto base and to get a feel for the community i decided to see how creative it is so im challenging you to a battle of epic level (not really). Here are the rules:
1. the character has to be origional.
2. the character can not have a separate dojutsu ie. more than one eye technique
3. the character can not be made to strong so they can not be strong enough to solo Hashirama senju or Madara Uchiha. And you have to give a weakness.
4. They characters can not have 5 chakra nature types unless they have the rinnigan.
5. they cant be a jinchuriki however they are able to use chakra but it must be specified as to how they got it.
