Okay.
Ninja are people who are trained at a certain age to increase in ranks and a ninja can perform justsu and techniques after getting trained.
A ninja usually has an affinity to an element (Fire,Earth,Water,Wind,and lightning) but some can have two or more.
Ninja's perform tasks and missions for a certain fee, missions are rated by ranks from D-->S.
Ninja can be divided into clans such as uzumaki,uchiha,hyūga,Nara and many more. But a ninja can be born outside a clan as well.
Ninja are capable of using many weapons like.
Swords: The most known are the swords of the seven swordsmen of the mist.
Kunia: Are one of the mostly used weapons for attacks and defense a seal can be put on it to provide new jutsu's like FTG used by minato.
Shurikkens: Are one of the basic weapons it has many differences in size like a giant one used by sasuke.
Fans: Fans are mainly used by Temari like her fan and the banana fan.
Scythe: Is a rare weapon used by Hidan.

Yeah i'm kinda new to role play

Lightning is one of the basic five elements it is strong against earth due to earths nature which allows lightning to pass easily and Lightning is weak against wind since wind has the property of being an insulator example uses B rank wind technique to stop you A rank lightning technique.
Environment.
If I was in a water environment i'll ve at an advantage since water is a natural conductor of electricity so many lightning techniques can be used in conjunction with ater to increase the strength of the attack ex: using electro magnetic murder with water increases damage by 5.
If I was in a earthy environment i'll he at an advantage because i'll be able to use the earths nature against it allowing lightning techniques to pass through the earth and causing damage and stoping underground earth jutsu's.
If I was in a windy environment i'll be either at a disadvantage or advantage it depends on the direction of the wind if I am standing to the north and wind coming from south my techniques will gain a slight boost however if i'm standing to the north and wind coming from the north the wind will weaken my lightning techniques.[/GL

[COLOPurple"][OW="Red"]Kunia: If I throw a kunia at my opponent and I charge the kunia with lightning when it is in the air damage will increase (same for shurikken)
Chakra infused blades: If a blade is chakra absorbent (like sasuke's sword) lightning can be used t make the blade longer sharper more deadlier.

Fair enough, the reason why weapons sharpness is enhanced when infused with lightning is because the lightning makes the blade vibrate at high speeds, allowing the blade to slice through things easier in a similar way to a chain saw. Also if the enemy was standing on metal or near metal the lightning would conduct better, jumping from the metal to the enemy with ease. Also weather is annother advatage, things such as thunderclouds already being in the sky or your enemy being on lower ground and you on the higher ground after it has finished raining heavily and there is a fair amount of water on the ground or something can prove slightly advantageous.
What i want you to do know is attempt to attack me using only tools and lightning, the terrain and weather can be anything you like.

Ok the weather is in the middle of a lightning storm and a water supply to our right and left and we are 800 meters above sea level and range is short
Okay I begin by jumping into the air and throwing 5 kunia at you 2 to your right arm one to your left leg 2 to your shoulder and as the kunia are about to reach you I use lightning release: electromagnetic murder on the kunia making them stronger and deadlier.
After you get hit I land and throw three tagged explosive kunia at you which explode before you sendinfpg you flying to the water I then use electro magnetic murder again on the water this happens while a lightning hits the water also

Maybe making you use lightning first off was a bad idea.
Anywho, lemme back track a lil. First off, i want you to explain what you know of.

-Why you can't simply Dodge jutsu.

-time frame is the time when a jutsu is used it can be countered in a time frame that suits that Jutsu to counter a jutsu in the correct time frame one must take into account the speed of that jutsu and the range.
-You need to explain how to dodge the jutsu to avoid mis-interpertation between role players and to keep the role playing realistic.
-It is important because the would provide more entrest and fun to the roleplay with more restrictions that make it more challenging if we didn't do that then I could say I throw a kunia infused with wind chakra at you while we are at Long distance from each other and it can't be countered because it's infused with chakra.
