ok
As i see you in the stance i then focus my ration and perform the Ram β Boar β Dog β Bird β Hare and then release my lightning chakra into the ground and create 4 pillars around you in a + formation . i then let lightning bolts hit you from every angle as you are in the middle.

I then clap my hands together and focus my suiton chakra and the create materialized water that comes down on you out of nowere while mixing with the lightning causing a water/lightning combo
Water Style: Water Shock wave

As your pillars begin to rise, I turn my body to the my left facing south west and I exhale a large gust of wind, which propells me north east, outside the inside of the pillars as the form.
As I'm moving in the air, I make three seals, and as I land, I turn towards you and release a large blazing fire storm on the ground, towards your direction.

Summery:
Now I'm not sure if this is how it's going but you're making the seals to form the pillars infront of me in an A position meaning one in front of me, one to my back right and my back left and I'm in the center, my move, I'm using the wind stream, facing the south west position as the pillars are rising to blow me north east between the two other pillars. I'm making seals as I'm being pushed in that direction and when I land I turn back towards you're position and I use Intelligent hard work. I assumed we were starting mid-ranged. I'm not sure if this move is valid, I think my fire technique would come in contact with your water jutsu, but I'm not sure if the timing on my part works.

Alright, since I pushed myself closer to you with my wind technique, I'm assuming that we're in rather close range...if not then I may have to think of something else...

i then see the ash cloud i think to myself saying i know this jutsu sso i focus my chakra into my feet and jump in the air then i inhale some wind and then i blow to the left pushing me to the right so as you chick your teeth im away from the cloud.

I notice the initial displacement of the ash cloud as you're jumping, I take out eight shuriken (four in each hand ) from my rove and as you blow yourself out of the smoke, I launch the shuriken towards you, and I manipulate them with my chakra to follow you in unison of your direction and they would meet up with you as you land.
