[Battle Scenario] - Open

Your mission was to head to the village of Hanabu. You were to seek out the one that aimed to find and capture the one aiming to kill the head of state. You were patrolling one night when you see a red glow in the distance near the palace of the shogun. The flames begin to spread where the village is made up of wooden buildings. The villagers are trying to put out the flames while allowing the women and children to escape. The guards are distracted by this. The fire has spread to 6 buildings covering a 15m radius as smoke begins to cover the area, lit up by the red flames. There are people in the streets but no shinobi in this area, you are the one that needs to stop the assassin.

Due to the nature of the mission you need to be careful, you can't afford to use large scale jutsu as you will end up doing more damage. Find the assailant and capture them alive if possible. He's not working alone and you need the information. You have no idea how they look or their abilities. What will you do?

"[Trico] I heard you wanted to see the Temple of Nubi?" his old sensei would inquire as he slipped his tea. The area of the sakura garden trees that bloomed during the spring time gave a calm aura to the environment. Peeking back to Trico, as he shyly acknowledges his desire. He would then receive approval to head toward the Village of Hanabu. During his long travels, he would arrive at his destination at noonish time as the town slept for the day. Checking his bounty he'd acquired along the way towards the land, he re-brief himself on the capture /suppressing mission. Trico being a monk, he had to represent the highest form of self-control. Entering a small ramen shop for a night meal.

"I'd like to have the special." as he held his cash.

"Understood sir, you're my last customer for the day ~haha" as they took his cash allowing he to prepare himself a good sit and enjoy the moment. Suddenly, he'd wonder whether he could attain some sort of information. Discussing his travels with the shop owner about his target being the assassins that attempted to kill the head of state in the Village of Hanabu. With his ramen done, he would learn of the endless skirmishes that occurred in the village and how the Temple is no longer located in the village due to these events.

Waving goodbye to the ramen chief, he would take a stroll through the city as he patrolled the streets. Noticing an alarming glow of crimson flumes in a distance. Having learned of the shogun's grounds he would blitz towards the location at high speeds, arriving to situation in mere moments. "Get back!"

Using his chakra upon the flames, he would directly manipulate the surge into a concentrated small ball of flames. Which he held floating in his right palm as the injured straggled. Others would rash in to assist them as he examined the area wondering how such a flames was made.

Description: By focusing the users chakra into an existing fire source, with no chakra infused or your own chakra infused, the user manipulates the current existing fire source, preferably rather large, and changes its shape. Wherever he wishes, the user can cause a huge amount of fire tentacles and whips to spring forth from the fire source, like Water Dragon Whip, that are sharp, and fiery, and they then race towards the opponent. Despite their sharpness, it would usually be used to impale the opponent, but the intense heat of the whip does not necessarily need to pierce through, impaling your opponent, but its heat can cause burns also. However, the whips are still strong enough to pierce through flesh, burning a hole through and skewering through. The whips can be controlled individually.

Restrictions:
Can only be taught by Baldy.
Only usable 3 times per battle
There must be a pre-existing fire source to create these technique, the tentacles and whips cannot be created out of nowhere.
Flaming tentacles and whips travel at a fairly fast pace.
This technique cannot be created with the opponent's fire, since the opponent's fire has his own chakra in it. Can only manipulate regular fire. The fire source used must either be created by the user, or is naturally created, with no chakra within.

The flames would be gathered and bound stopping them from spreading even further through the village but a large amount of damage had already been done. The buildings were unstable, charred and burnt, come caved in, still glowing red. The flames may have been take away but not the resonating heat within. The area filled with smoke and the smouldering wood still giving off more. Cries for help filled the area. People rushing to help out, looking for survivors while trying to get water to completely stop the wood from catching fire again.

The town was in chaos yet the light that lit it was now dulled. The street lamps had been destroyed and the smoke clouds above blocked the moon light. Cries were heard nearby to the by who had dealt with the flames. Two bodies lay on the floor. Their throats slit. It was two of the guards, both slain, yet no sign of the one who had done it.
