Battle rules- official

we have to make a list of rules which aloow us to battle fairly but freely
please add your suggestions below so we can all agree on the most effective alternative

I've posted the BA Revisions thread if people would read it. Currently all I ask is that people vote if they like it (so we can make it official) or give suggestions about things they don't like. (BA stands for Battle Arena)
