Neither has gone all out in a fight for an extended period. Which is stronger?

Beerus is far stronger, in the battle of gods movie goku stated that even when fused with vegeta they would be no match for him.

SSJ4 Vegeta kicked away the negative Karma ball that briefly stopped a universal spirit bomb. GT isn't canon , but Gotgeta isn't canon either.

SSJ4 Vegeta kicked away the negative Karma ball that briefly stopped a universal spirit bomb. GT isn't canon , but Gotgeta isn't canon either.

It is obvious the karma ball vegeta kicked was not the same power level as the one used to briefly stop the spirit bomb.

As far as I know we've only seen ssjg after ssj1 or ssj2, we don't know how strong ssjg is compared to ssj3 or vegito/gogeta, let alone gogeta ssj4.

well one reason is that Before Vegito he dont exist, and his birth is at BOTH points non-cannon.

There's never been any comparison in power between Potara and Fusion dance made canonically. Yes, old kai said the Potara was better, but that just means it doesn't have a time limit guaranteed to be 5 seconds less than the time it takes to win.

Even if Gogeta is stronger that Vegito or Beerus, it would take him 31 minutes to win. That's just how the fusion dance works.

Goku said fusion wouldn't work on a supressed beerus. Only cannon fusion is vegito.
