all in their prime. I say raikage or hokage win because hiruzen was one of the greatest shinobi in his prime and third raikage solod eight tails multiple times and took on 10,000 guys for three days. the other third kages are kind of shit compared to them

third tsuchikage would win. third riakage relies on trying to tank everything so he'd get atomised by jinton. hiruzen is one of the best but so is onoki and third kazekage
