I think you should have used the " Prime Hiruzen hype " in this debate since that is the greatest hype but as for those you listed I think its Hiruzen being the strongest hokage.

I've yet to see Kakashi show speed that would enable him to see a lightning bolt, Shunshin to it, activate Chidori, cut the lightning bolt, and come out unscathed. That reaction/speed feat, if verified, would be top tier. Dare I say, best besides maybe Minato.

Hiruzen sadly, but I still think he is a beast. Just certain "manga fact" statements seem hype, but we have never seen him prime, still hype though.

I find Itachi and Kakashi have proved themselves. Itachi is just a loophole master amongst many other things and Kakashi is one of the most versatile, knowledgeable ninjas, with a sharigan.
