Konan's techs and fighting style is more suited for fighting multiple opponents from different directions.
On the other hand yugito is a jin; though we have not seen much from her and she was not a perfect one like Bee or Naruto as i recall.
My vote goes for Konan.

I do know Tsunade's personality well. She has always been my favorite.
She would be among the first ones to attack. But she'd win 100% sure by hiding in Katsuyu.
