Tamaki of Sora-ku's Uchiha Weaponry:

Ayame of Konoha's Ichiraku Ramen:

You must be registered for see images

Both have similar average fighting abilites but...
Ayame has all the cooking equipment in Ichiraku to be used as weapons. Plus, pre-prepared Ramen for Energy recovery.
Tamaki has Shurikens, Kunai and Wire strings from the Weaponry. Tamaki also has cat-ear mode which makes her slightly faster and more agile.
