Aizen's overall scheme was the most convoluted over elaborate plan ever lol
He had multiple opportunities to take down ichigo.That doesn't really showcase much intelligence that leans more towards arrogance.I know he ain't retarded but he definitely could of had less set backs if he was more careful.
