How itachi got into this
I've always counted him as battle smart not really mind smart or war smart0.0 itachi is powerful but not for his brain I didn't include him on the list for tht very reason
How shikaku ahead of everybody Lelouch is def smarter then shikaku and oro is as well

I don't know who half of them are so i can't really weigh in on the order as much as i would like but i noticed Fraze said L should be above orochimaru.L was a genius,but nowhere near as bright as orochimaru.L is a detective and is an analyzer more akin to shikamaru.
orochimaru is a scholar; someone who by long study has gained mastery in many disciplines.Orochimaru is a master in at least biology,metaphysics,chemistry,genealogy and biological engineering.L is a expert in none of these things so overall orochimaru holds more knowledge.Therefore Orochimari > L

Shikamaru and Shikaku are like tactician and miliytary strategist versions of L

Escaping death is possible in Naruto but not in Death Note :flaw:...In light case, Light tricked a Death God and had much more information about how the things work...In my opinion, L pawns both of them
