We shouldn't really say since we haven't seen the full power of Nel's in her adult form. We were about to see I believe her most powerful attack against Nnoitora but unfortunately she reverted back to her child form rendering her from doing so. But since Nel is obviously involved in this arc as well as Haribel, we'll probably get a clear idea on who's the strongest out of the two.

Not much is known about Nel's resurreccion, so we don't know her abilities. Until Nel's resurreccion abilities are shown, than Harribel wins the fight.

Nel was part of the original espada that took over the Previron Espada... being the original number 3.

However, between the Granze's technology and Nnoritora's malice she was ambushed and lost her original status.




It is hard to say. Nel dominated Nnoritora even when she wasn't really transformed, but lacked the power to finish him until transforming.



Still, I'd say Harribell. It was noted by Nnoritora that the Espada continued to get far stronger, which means the Espada moved up higher as a collective as she stayed stationary. My guess is someone in charage of the number 3 spot now is stronger than the original holder.


Harribell also has a more humanoid form which would suggest a Vasto Lorde status compared to Nelliel's Centaur Adhjuchas status.
