I've seen a few list an threads showing how strong the characters are. I think a lot of them are wrong and have stupid rankings, so im making mine. My list is made from implications from the author and based on manga evidence. I've also added a few "What If" characters marked by a *

Shes equal to Naruot and Sasuke

Sakura is the only one who hasn't surpassed her Sannin teacher. And hype means nothing until it happens, plus i would love to see Sakura take on the 4th Raikage, who she is apparently stronger than.

shouldnt hiruzen be in the god level(since he is also under god of shinobi). abt 3rd raikage we may consider him as god since we dont know where to place him( as he fought 10,000 shinobis),and i think minato(resurrected) should be with naruto(kyuubi chakra).
