So, I’ve listed all the top ninjas from each side, and Anti-Leaf has a little superiority - 21 vs. 16. I’m going to put each ninja against a similar-strenght opponent, and the ninja, who in MY opinion would win, would continue to fight, with some of their strenght gone. You are welcome to argue my battle outcomes.
1st round:
Pein vs. Itachi – Pein would win, very high diff, but would not be able to continue to fight other Leaf ninjas. These both, I think are the strongest ninjas from each side, so it was either take them both out in the 1st round, or have them fight in the final round...
Deidara vs. Sasuke – As it happened in manga, Sasuke would win, high diff, and could continue to fight for the leaf, with ~35% strength.
Sasori vs. Jiraiya – I love both of these characters, but I would give this one to Sasori, with high diff, and Sasori could continue to fight with ~20% strength.
Konan vs. Kakashi – This one goes to Kakashi, but with very high diff, and Kakashi would not be able to continue to fight in the next round.
Gaara vs. Naruto – Naruto wins, medium diff, can continue to fight with 70% strength.
Killer Bee vs. Maito Guy – both are hardcore Taijutsu users, but Killerbee takes this with medium diff, and continues to fight with 50% strength.
7 Swordsmen of Mist vs. Obito – Obito wins, easy diff, as I don’t think that the Swordsmen have the intelligence to figure out how to beat Obito. Obito continues to the next round with 80% strength.
Kakuzu vs. Yamato – Kakuzu wins, medium diff, and continues to the next round with 60% strength.
Hidan vs. Shikamaru – We all know how this ends, Shikamaru continues to next round with 20% strength.
Orochimaru vs. Tsunade – Tsunade is really underrated, and she would put up a very good fight, but would still lose, high diff for Oro, and he continues to the next round with 40% strength.
Kabuto vs. Neji – Neji wins, medium diff, and continues the war with 50% strength.
Sound 5 vs. Kiba, Hinata, Shino, Rock Lee and Chouji – Leaf team would win, but Kimmimaro would put up a really hard battle for them, so the Konoha team continues with 20% strength each.
Haku vs. Kurenai – Kurenai wins this, because I think Genjutsu users are powerful (feel free to argue), medium diff, and continues with 70% strength.
After the 1st round, Leaf village is leading 5:7. (5 wins for Anti-Leaf, and 7 wins for Leaf)
In the second round, I’ll put the strongest Leaf ninja, against fresh Anti-Leaf, to make it more fair.
2nd round:
Sasuke 35% vs. Temari – Sasuke wins, easy diff, and continues to next round with 30% strength.
Obito 80% vs. A – Obito wins, medium diff, because A is all muscle, not brain. Obito continues to the next round with 60% strength.
Kurenai 70% vs. Chiyo – Chiyo wins a hard battle, and continues with 30% strength.
Neji 50% vs. Kankuro – Kankuro wins, high diff, and continues with 40% strength.
Naruto 70% vs. 3rd Tsuchikage – Naruto wins, high diff, and continues with 30% strength.
Rock Lee, Hinata, Kiba, Chouji and Shino 20% vs. Mei – Mei wins, I mean this is Kage vs. Chuunin. Mei continues with 30% strength.
After 2nd round, 10:12, Anti-Leaf is winning. All that is left from Leaf top ninjas, are Naruto, Sasuke and Obito. As some Anti-Leaf ninjas didn’t fight this round, they get +10% strength.
3rd round:
Naruto 30% vs. Killer Bee 60% - Naruto wins this one, high diff, and continues with 10% of his strength left.
Sasuke 30% vs. Orochimaru 50% - Sasuke barely manages to kill Orochimaru, and just like Naruto, continues with 10%.
Obito 60% vs. Kakuzu 60% – An epic battle, but Obito has the upper hand. He continues with 45% strength.
Leaf dominates this round, but they are 3 left, against 6 Anti-Leafs.
4th round:
Sasuke 30% vs. Baki – Sasuke wins, very easy diff, and continues with 30% strength.
Obito 45% vs. Mei 30% - Obito wins, med diff, and continues with 30% strength.
Now, the finals, 3vs3.
Finals:
Naruto 30% Kankuro 40%
Sasuke 30% vs. Chiyo 30%
Obito 30% Sasori 20%
The % of strenght is fair, and this pretty much is Leaf vs. Sand in the end, in which Naruto would be able to beat Kankuro, med diff. Sasuke would beat Chiyo high diff. And Obito would beat Sasori very high diff.
Leaf wins the war, very high diff.
