-This rise is 500 meters above the surrounding ground level. Needless to say a fall means death.
-There is a side of a large mountain to my left and your right. It is separated by a distance of 50 meters from the circular plateau.

Description:
Narsil is the sword of the kings. Its the only one of its kind and was forged for the kings of old but was lost with fall of kings rule and the formation of the ninja villages. How Anduril came into the possession of this sword is unknown. But the sword wields just as much power as it is known to wield a legend around itself. When the user channels his Katon chakra through the sword the sword absorbs the katon chakra amplifies it and then uses it to surround the egde of the sword making it fiercely hot giving a deadly golden edge which melts the thing it makes contact with and allows the sword to cut through almost anything. The user when channels his katon chakra through the sword in the exact amount its edges begin to glow gold and then the sword attains the sharpness that can pierce the densest of armors except diamond hard substances.
-The sword can cut through any B rank or below (elemental) jutsu with ease.
-The user cannot use any Forbidden rank Katon technique in the same round that he uses the sword in.
-The sword remains strapped to the users back.
-If anyone other than Anduril touches the sword he gets zapped with a very high electrical discharge.
-The swords ability to cut through B rank and below jutsu will count as one of the three moves of that round.

After saying that shanks removes his sabre and makes a slashing motion, while releasing a powerful gust of wind.

(Fūton: Senmōfū) - Wind Release: Rotating Ferocious Wind

Description: The user concentrates wind chakra into their sword/s and releases the chakra by slashing down infront of them to create a large gust of wind.

As this sets you off-balance, shanks appears short range to you crouching towards the ground while at the same time makes ready his sword (by charging it with Katon chakra) to do an upward slash. This slash is from the ground level to the top, cleaving your breast and part of your head into two parts.

I wait patiently for your jutsu, as you charge towards me. At the last possible minute, I unsheathe both halves of the sword, creating a large shield that takes the blunt of the wind and inverts it towards itself, knocking you off balance as you, at such point, are standing short-range from me.

Taking advantage of the recoil of the wind, I twirl my swords around, having taken them from my right hip, and deliver two downwards paralel slashes, aiming them, charged with vibrating chainsaw-like chakra, against your sword, pushing it downwards and away from my body, while at the same time giving you 2 wide gashes across your torso, as your sword lacks strength, from your loss of balance, in case any of that hits.

As the sheild recoils the wind, shanks continues with his attack strategy unperturbed. He simply charges a lot of his katon chakra into the sword and creates a violent inferno of fire around himself upto short range that burns away the wind and allows me to continue my move seamlessly

(Kenjutsu/Katon: Kingu no ikari)-King's wrath

In this jutsu the user concentrates his Katon chakra into his sword and in a split second in which the user touches his sword hilt and draws it a little from its sheath the area all around the user erupts into voluptuous quantities of flames upto short range. The heat emanated by these flames is so hot that it chars away anything upto short range and melts all ice (below A rank) and evaporates all water (Below B rank) to short range from the user. The user of this jutsu is not affected by flames in a similar way as raikiri does not affect the person who creates it.
-Can be used thrice in a battle.
-Requires mastery of katon and kenjutsu.
-No effects beyond short range.

So the only thing that changes is that, the lack of power that you mentioned is nullified and now you need a sheild all around you in 360 deg for protection. Also this jutsu happens instantaneously so, it will certainly burn away my reflected wind.
So the slash that I mentioned in the first move from downward to upward is still coming your way to rip you apart and now you have two things to worry about.... first is my sword attack and second is the fire that envelops you.

As the fire gets doused shanks understands it to be the work of lilith, as such he prepares for further hostility which immediately becomes clear as you move the right sword towards his chest.
Shanks immediately uses his free hand to parry the thrusting sword upward causing it to graze over my shoulder, while my other hand continues with the upward slash across your torso. This time Shanks sends some sparks flying.

(Chō Biburāto Raitontō) - Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword

As you parry the sword with your hand, I quickly release an electrical discharge from two adjacent chakra points on my finger tips. The highly chakra conductive sword transmits the deceiving porcupine as if you touched my fingers directly. Btw, did you just use your bare hand to parry Sanada Yukimura while charged with chakra? Anywho, situations:

1. You used a sword (normal sword) to parry the strike. In that case, your shoulder is completely pierced through the bone, and your sword was split in half. The electrical charge runs through the sword and paralysis all across your entire arm and upper torso (the resistance of the sword blocks the technique somewhat)

2. You used your hand to parry the strike. In that case, your shoulder is completely pierced through the bone, and your hand is chopped off, even though your effort parried the strike a bit. The electrical charge runs through the body and paralysis all across it.

3. You used your special sword. The electrical discharge acts like the first situation, but you retain only a deep gash across the shoulder, quite damaging yet not in the same degree as the other situations. (It's like getting hit by a chainsaw nonetheless).

(Raiton: Harinezumi no Mayowasu ) Lightning Release: Deceiving Porcupine

Description: The user is able to expell lightning chakra from up to 3 adjacent Chakra Points, and insert it on the opponent's Nervous System. This technique works best if the user releases the lightning from the finger's chakra points, and the chakra power has the ability to paralize the opponent's muscles completly. If expelled from any other chakra point, the user can only paralize the arm or leg touched. (This doesn't apply to Gentle Fist users).

Afterwards, I step backwards to mid-range, leaving 3 lit paper tags near you, to explode as soon as I'm out of range, taking in account a spirit shield protecting me from the explosion.

In case your attack continues, I evade to the side, hiding behind the sword while it is lodge/grasping the shoulder and use the shield sooner parrying your strike to the side before I move outwards.

As we discussed I parry your wrist which causes your sword to just graze my shoulder. This results in my left hand side going numb and also prevents me from doing the upwards slash towards your torso.

As you move backwards Shanks quickly notices the three lit paper tags in his vicinity, as such shanks reacts by quickly coating his body with rock. This protects him from the worst of the blast caused.

(Doton no Yoroi) - Earth Release Armor

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to A rank normal ninjutsu but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

Immediately without wasting his time shanks makes a snake seal by letting go of his sword for a fraction of a second, then quickly gets hold of the sword before it moves more than one inch in the air. He keeps his left hand side coated with the same rock as before, while his body sheds the rocks from other parts of his body as he continues with the next set of movements. Shanks follows in a linear way the same path you took for your backward movement whilst continuing with his offensive. As he is moving towards you he increases the weight of his rocks and hits you straight through your shield with his left hand delivering a powerful punch to your face.

(Doton: Kengan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Fist Rock Technique

Note: The target stays petrified for 1 turn.

Note that while he is moving towards you he still holds his sword in his right hand.
