We can't ultimately know since Kakashi has no feats. Now, he'd obviously improve if the timeskip of part 1 and 2 were any indication, but there's no specific feats, so yeah.


If he tries direct CQB engagement against Sakura, he's dead. However, with things like shadow clones and ranged jutsus, he has an advantage in that regard. After all, it's not like he couldn't use shadow clone distractions. Kakashi, even without sharingan, could take this. However, the big problem is Katsuyu.

We all know hokage kakashi is featless... But also he knows X amount of jutsu in his arsenal..
An Sakura has that seal and summon but she can be reckless at times, and her famous punch would be a nuisance but I'm pretty sure kakashi would be expecting everything sakura would throw at him.. Summon, spam punching and so on..
But I don't think Sakura Has full knowledge extent of his full jutsu arsenal..
Even tho I like kakashi I'm leaning towards Sakura b-cus we know what she can do, hokage silver fox is featless.. Sad to say
