Reese walks up onto the battle field, he sees a weird looking man standing there. It seems he is just simply waiting around for something to happen. Reese walks closer to him but stops about ten meters away from the man. And speaks.
"Ain't you a little odd to be outside?"
As he spoke those words he gathered up his wind chakra in his left hand, the chakra going to each one of his fingers he then manipulates said chakra into long and thin projectiles coming from his finger tips. From there he waves his hand out forward towards the old man. Using his knowledge of the human body and pressure points he aims the five projectiles at the following: two at his lower leg wounds, one for each leg. The other two at the old man's upper arm wounds, again one for each arm and the final projectile aims it directly for the old man's solar plexus. They race off, they are very fast on par with Rock Lee without weights. (So pretty damn fast) the man should have little to no time to react, but Reese wanted to start out easy for the man.
"Don't hurt yourself."

Kakuzu Smirked at the man's comment.

"Old to be outside? perhaps you don't know the real me. Old is gold my nameless Shinobi, Old is Gold. Speaking of Gold, you seem to fetch a Nice bounty amount for me,now settle down so that the death will be quick with little pain."

After speaking those words kakuzu closely watched his opponent.Kakuzu was waiting for any offensive action taken by him. Immediately he was able to notice that his opponent quickly waves his left hand in front of him and starts to focus on his body. the moment he does that Kakuzu was able to analyse the situation and predict that the opponent is going for an offensive move which he doubted to be one a small scale. From the opponents hand think long projectile were shot towards kakuzu and they were extremely fast leaving only a limited time for Kakuzu to react to the technique. he didn't bother to analyse on what element that Projectile was made so instead he quickly kneaded sufficient amount of water chakra and spewed it out as water to create a near instant barricade that stopped the the incoming attack the the barricade from water was created almost instantaneously.

Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

With the barricade stopping the opponents attack, Kakuzu quickly gathered a very large amount of suiton chakra and spewed it from his mouth to create a large volume of water towards the ground that lifted him up into the air.The water created from the technique was sufficient enough to flood the entire battle arena with water. Whilst riding on the water towards the opponent in order to attack him, Kakuzu lands on the water at around 7 meters from the opponent and quickly performs three hand seals and places his hands on the ground while riding. Suddenly a huge fish at the size of Gamabunta appeared to the right side of Kakuzu.

Belladonna : "Why did ya called me Kakuzu chan. I was just starting my lunch. >_>"
Kakuzu : "Oh well, I have a delicious Lunch for you. feel free to feed yourself Belladonna san."

Belladonna quickly moves towards the right of the opponent so that now the position of her will be like 7 meters from the right of the opponent.

Description:

The user will perform the Necessary hand seals and by their tattoo in the hand they will summon the Queen of Piranha's. The Queen Belladonna.Queen Belladonna is Said to be the Queen of all the Piranhas. She stands at half the Size of Toad boss Gamabunta. Queen belladonna can only be summoned in water, and also large water source like the water source created by the Exploding colliding waves technique or a lake or a sea etc. Queen Belladonna is blessed with Robust Skin, and Hard spikes surrounding her Body which makes her Highly resistable upto A rank Suiton Techniques. Belladonna is said to be the queen of Ocean and the Mother of all Piranhas, She can use up to S rank Water techniques. The most peculiar character of Belladonna is the Poisonous spikes that are present near her head. A small pore like opening is present at the tip of these poisonous spikes. This pore acts as the opening for the Poison to be shot from the summon. The poison is made into a senbon and then it is shot at the opponent.
The speed of the Poisonous Senbon that is shot at the opponent equal to the speed of the Chidori senbon technique. Now regarding the effects of the Senbon, It can be classified into two stages.
1.Initial pierce.
2.Paralyzing Venom.

1. During the Initial pierce i.e the time when the senbon pierces the skin of the opponent. The opponent will only feel a slight pain like a needle prick during this stage. The venom of summon will be transferred to the Blood of the opponent during this stage. During this stage the opponent will not feel any effect of the poison. This stage lasts for two turns. (Including the turn the user makes next)

2.During this phase the Venom starts the action. After being affect by the venom for two turns in the next turn the venom will cause Partial Paralysis to the opponent. As an effect of the venom, both the hands of the opponent will go Numb which make then unable to use hand based taijutsu techniques and also the opponent will not be able to make any hand seals. Ho ever, the other parts of the body of the opponent except the hands will be fully functional i.e the opponent will still be able to move their legs and their main body. This Partial paralysis stage lasts for two turns so the total venom effect last for three turns including the initial pierce. After the venom effects withers off the opponent will have severe muscle pain which make him unable to use A rank and above taijutsu techniques for two turns.

If the opponent gets hit again by the Poison senbons from belladonna again while the previous poison is still in effect in the opponents body then as soon as the opponent gets hit by the senbons, it will lead to total paralysis which make the opponent immobile for the rest of the turns until the Poison effect withers off. The senbons Doesn't do actual damage than serving as a medium to induce the poison but they can withstand up to B rank damage.

Note:
*Must have signed the Piranha Summoning contract.
*Stays in the Battlefield for 4 turns.
*Poison senbons can Only be used twice per battle from short range and counts as a turn
*Can only be summoned once per battle.
*Summoning The queen can only be taught by -Best-

Watching onwards as the old man countering Reese's technique with no effort whatsoever. Maybe Reese underestimated the man. Reese continues to watch onwards, next the man releases a large amount of water from his mouth the water covers the whole battle field, still watching the man. The man is riding the water like a wave. Reese waits for the right time until the man stops moving completely. Which he does, he is sightly closer to Reese now. But prefect time to strike by Reese, so he gathers up sound chakra up in his throat. He then simple yells: "Bounty you say?"; it would seem Reese is just simply yelling but really he released a massive forward shockwave. It picks up some of the water that is laying around increasing it's damage. The speed at which this technique goes fast, faster than a wind or lighting technique. If the old man was to be hit by it, it would do good damage, the water would add just that bit more. The only downside the technique is now able to be seen due to the water being added to it.

As the opponent Yelled "Bounty you say?". kakuzu could actually see a Shock wave approaching towards him as the impact of the shock wave was clearly visible to him because of the water below him.

"A Shock wave? just what kind of shinobi is he? would that be a wind technique? Or anything else. either way I have to be careful with this guy. he's full of mysteries."

Kakuzu quickly Claps his hands near his chest and take it apart and creates a staff from wind which is one foot in diameter and size almost around his height. without wasting even a fraction of second, as soon as the staff is created, Kakuzu starts to rotate the staff in a circular fashion in front of him such that the incoming wave was nullified by the staff and dispersed.Quickly Kakuzu throwed the staff towards the opponent.The staff quickly manipulated itself to grow wings like a butterfly which quickly increased the speed of the thrown staff but it was throw at a distance of around 5 feet away from him to his left. In order to fool his opponent Kakuzu kept his face in such a way that he aimed the staff to hit the opponent but he missed it. Once the staff reaches some 2 meter behind the opponent, Kakuzu quickly performs a single hand seal and places his hands on the water surface, To the opponent he would infer that kakuzu is going to perform a water based technique by utilizing the water under them but the actually trick was the hand seal was to trigger the staff that was thrown and the hand placing in the water surface is just a bluff. As a element of surprise the staffs quickly forms a vortex of 7 meter in radius which sucks in the opponent and cut him dealing massive damage. In order to not get hurt by his own vortex, kakuzu quickly used his suiton chakra to create a moving body of water below him that lifts him and moves him away from the effect radius. now Kakuzu will be almost like 12 meters away from the opponent.

Description: The user begins by gathering up a considerable amount of chakra in his palms followed by clapping them together near his chest.. Once that is done, the user takes his hands apart but as they move away from each other the user uses shape manipulation around wind currents and forms a staff made of condensed wind. The staff is approximately the same height as the user and about a foot in diameter and is very similar to the wind blade technique, in both visual tangibility and cutting potential
Close range abilities:
The staff's main use is to be used in close combat, where it is able to be used as a normal staff, though it has the cutting abilities of an S-rank wind blade
Mid range use:
The staff can also be used at a range, in which it gained.its name "butterfly staff". The user can simply throw the staff like a spear but as It's in mid flight the user does a single hand seal thus transforming the staff as it moves. The staff quickly sprouts from its sides a pair of wings that resemble that of a butterfly's. This allows the staff to not only pick up speed and killing potential but also also allows the user to control it in mid flight to hit opponents. While be controlled, the staff has to always be moving forward and can't turn around nor make sharp turns..
At any point while flying, the user can do one more hand seal which results in the wind exploding into a 7m wide vortex of wind that would suck things from 5m out into it while also cutting anything that comes into contact with it up

~ Staff lasts 3 turns unless thrown, then.it ends that same turn..

Countering the sound technique that Reese sent towards the man, with a wind technique. Which the man then threw at Reese, the spear looking thing grew wings. Looked to Reese that the man missed since he threw it not directly at Reese but somewhat near him. Reese keeps his eyes on the staff, even so turn around to face the spear. He tilts his head back to also watch the man to see what he does. The man performs a seal, then places his hands on the water. Assuming the technique up next was a water technique, Reese waited to see what would happen. But all of a sudden the spear behind Reese exploded into a vortex, a large one. To stop from being dragged into the vortex. Reese sent earth chakra all throughout his body creating a large suit of earth armour that doubles Reese's size, he made the armour in such a way that the earth attaches itself to the earth below Reese. Giving him some support, Reese covered himself up besides his eyes, but closed them when necessary. He waited till the technique dulled down to a small roar, halting his flow of earth chakra letting the earth fall right off him. Getting out of the armour, Reese looked for the man, he is sightly further away then last time.

"So what is your name?"

Next Reese gathers up his chakra, he then releases it in his left in the shape of a sphere and ball almost of complete dense chakra. Next he does something quite different. He kicks the ball using the inside of his left foot, kicking in a sort of arc; so the ball flies right past the old man. To the man, it would have seemed that Reese had simply missed, but that is not the case. The ball will curve back and hit the man from behind, but before it does. Reese gathers up his fire chakra in his mouth and release it as long stream with a tiny fireball at the end of it, the stream moves towards the man, just sightly slower then the ball from behind. The fire stream jumps around violently grabbing nearby oxygen molecules making itself bigger and more dangerous, aiming it towards the man. The ball should hit the man first and when it does, the fire shouldn't be too far behind, once touching the man. It should engulf him in a large him a vortex of flames, surrounding his body, if hit by the ball. His back should be in a lot of pain, since the ball was kicked with such force. But the flame vortex feeds of the man's oxygen, every time he breathes, the fire stream takes more and more.

"You try to kill me, it is only fair I repay it."

The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

Description: The user will either create a ball made up of pure chakra or use a pre-existing soccer ball (CW). They will kick the ball with the inside of their foot, while swinging their leg in a large arc with a heavy follow through. This will cause the ball to have a massive lateral spin. The ball will race towards the opponents location, but due to the heavy follow through the ball will actually pass the opponent during flight, not harming them whatsoever in this stage, but due to the massive spin and force delivered, the ball will make a sudden curve during flight, where it will change direction and had back towards the opponent, by making a circular curve, hitting them from behind. This jutsu makes for a powerful deceptive attack. The user is able to perform the kick in almost any position due to having excelled acrobatic abilities because of the fighting style, the user would just have to make sure they kick the ball correctly.

Katon: Eien No Zōka-en No Hinotama | Fire Release: Fireball of Eternally Increase Flames

The user inhales a massive amount of air, then turns it into fire before quickly exhaling it in a thin stream with a tiny fireball at the end. As the fireball nears its target, flames jump violently from the stream, grabbing nearby oxygen molecules in the air to use as fuel before joining it again soon after, like a solar prominence. The flames jump out and gather more quickly and get much hotter as it travels, making this jutsu a long range one, as it grows in size and power with distance. If the fireball hits an object, its jumping flames will swirl around the object, engulfing it in flames. If the target is a person, the flames will engulf the person and feed off the oxygen surrounding them while the oxygen in their lungs will exit them due to the vacuum effect and lack of oxygen outside the body.

As Kakuzu places his Palm in the water surface and perform the Single hand seal the Staff is activated and the it forms a vortex which drags the opponent inside, As the opponent is Dragged inside he could see that multitude of rocks growing from the body of the armour which protects him from the slashing and cutting effect of the wind vortex. As the Rocks start to appear on the opponent's Skin, Kakuzu takes a small leap backwards up to one meter so that he will be at 8 meters from the opponent. As the Rocks that is grown from the opponent gets destroyed, Kakuzu performs a Single hand seal ,places the opponent in a genjutsu and starts to sprint towards the left of the opponent in a medium phase.

In the genjutsu, when the opponent takes the next step i.e if he moves his legs the Genjutsu will be triggered on which a sudden freeze will emanate from the feet and the opponent then see's a frosted white veil begin to form over their eyes which will have make the opponent have the impression that his eyes are covered in ice.This will also make the opponent unable to look in any direction other than forward.

The opponent as Kakuzu starts to move towards left starts the make a sphere which resemble a ball which is completely made up of dense chakra. As the opponent moves his leg in order to perform something like a kick action the genjutsu is triggered. Do the the ice covering effect of the genjutsu which he would thinks as the effect of the ice release technique that Kakuzu has faked before will affect his vision such that he will have a slightly blurred vision.

Taking the effect of the genjutsu to his Advantage, Kakuzu quickly as the opponent moves his leg to kick the ball sprints towards the left of the opponent which he wont be able to see as his vision will only be restricted to the forwards direction because of the effect of the genjutsu.So when he tries to kick the ball due to the Blurred vision and the restriction of vision he will be having a very hard time to aim the ball to hit Kakuzu who is in motion. So with that advantage as Kakuzu moves towards the left of the opponent, he gathers a large amount of Futon chakra in his right finger tip and the he just flips the finger in such a way Like striking the Carrom striker so that a thin powerful blade of wind will be produced from his finger tip that the opponent wouldn't be able to see coming will slice off the Body of the opponent into two pieces.

Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

But this was no time, Reese tried to locate where the man was now, he was to the left of Reese; suddenly Reese saw a clear like technique heading towards him. So he prepared his counter. So seeing the blade of what looked like wind heading towards him, he tried to stay as balanced as he good, while sending wind chakra to his feet. From that he jets to the right of the man, narrowly avoiding the blade of wind. Being mid-range from the man now, he stops and falls to one knee cause of how much balance he doesn't have at this current time.

As kakuzu watches the opponent Stammering himself in the Genjutsu that was casted upon him by kakuzu, As Kakuzu moved towards his left, The man who was stationary in the same place as if he was paralysed suddenly moved a little from his place and he used some technique to propel himself Barely dodging the Wind blade that was sent by kakuzu to slice him. At that Moment when the opponent gained his consciousness, Various thought were crossing Kakuzu's mind. He quickly analyzed the current situation...(P.S : "Kakuzu's analysis in his mind does not affect the timeframe. :)")

With the opponent when just landing towards right of Kakuzu, Kakuzu quickly slams his hands together such that since the water is already present under the opponent, A large column of water quickly rushes up towards the opponent who is attempting to land towards the Kakuzu's right is made airborne and as he is airborne, numerous water bullets shoots towards the opponent damaging him. As the bullets shoots the opponent, kakuzu quickly makes a sequence of four hand seal and the water below the opponent a little behind him take the form of a Dragon, attacks the opponent from behind, and crashes him towards the water Breaking multiple bones from his body.

While all this is Happening, Kakuzu goes round towards the opponent while he is being hit by the Water bullets and making Hand seals for four hand seals. When the Dragon rises, Kakuzu will be behind his opponent. As the Dragon crashes His opponent to the Surface, Kakuzu quickly makes a single hand seal and controls the reflection of light from his Body using his chakra such that his body becomes invisible to the opponent. Kakuzu's sent and shadow is also erased in this process. Since the opponent will be airborne and be continuously hit by the water bullets from below, it will be quiet difficult for the opponent to maneuver himself in the mid air in between those water bullet barrages to keep track of Kakuzu's movement.

One he is completely invisible, Kakuzu against creates, a small, precises stream of wind blade from his fingertips and Bisects his opponent into two unequal halves,Diagonally. Since Kakuzu is now hidden from the opponent it would be very difficult for the opponent to notice his Wind blade as the opponent will have no idea from where the wind blade is striking him

Reese stands up, slightly feeling a little better from his ears. His ears have stopped bleeding, but he is still slightly off balance, but he had to disregard that and finish this fight, being deaf won't stop him. He watched the man very carefully. The man suddenly claps his hands together, Reese doesn't hear it; he merely sees it. From that he is pushed up into the air. Looking down he sees the pillar start to form into something else completely. So to combat it, Reese performs a single seal and creates a shadow clone, he does it in such a way that the clone is formed right underneath Reese, leaving the smallest gap to do this right, using the clones shoulders. Reese pushes off them with his legs, he pushes of them in an arc so that he dodges both the water and the clone takes the full wrath of the technique, Reese merely lands back down behind the water technique. Using his water chakra; he releases it into the air and around him up to mid-range from him, from that he starts to blend into the air, making him look like he has completely gone; Reese is cannot be seen, or sensed.

Reese moves away from the water (dragon) to notice the man is completely gone from all sight, maybe he went underground, maybe he is up in the air, but Reese can not see him so Reese came up with an idea. He sent his water chakra into the sky above, he needn't perform handseals at all, it starts to rain; all of this is happening while Reese is still invisible the rain starts to fall, within the water is Reese chakra, able to locate anyone within the range of the rain and to Reese surprise the man is nor up in the air, or underground but is standing right in front of him. Reese merely acts around the man running (may I add). Getting behind the man with great speed, also going unnoticed once behind. Reese grabs out a kunai and stops the flow of his water chakra from his invisibility cloak, but not the sensing rain and grabs hold of the mans neck and stabs the kunai in violently not once, not twice, but three times in a row.

"It's been fun, time for you to die now."

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

(Remember Reese is very fast on his feet x 1.5 faster; so he'd be able to cover much more distance then you. U_U)

I had a bit of fun with this move.

As Kakuzu clapped his hands, As the Water raised from below the opponent in a mere attempt to raise the opponent into mid air. The opponent did something very tricky in that situation. He quickly performed a kage bunshin in such a manner that the clone is formed directly beneath the Opponent so that he can use the clone as a support to escape from the technique. Seeing the opponent creating the clone, Kakuzu without performing the second part of the technique continues performing The hiding in the Camouflage technique to conceal his Identity from the enemy. As soon as Kakuzu concealed his presence from the enemy, he noticed that the opponent started to blend with the air surrounding him thereby becoming completely in visible to Kakuzu.

"You are a Sneaky one, Aren't you? Guess I should go with the traditional means to deal with you..."

Saying that, kakuzu quickly Grabs a Kunai from his Pouch with his right hand. Concentrating his chakra all over his body, kakuzu Merges with the water body present below him and take on its physical properties.Now as kakuzu is merged with the ground, he is undetectable and move through the battlefield in his base running speed.As soon as Kakuzu is merged with the Water, It started to rain in the Battlefield. Kakuzu remained in the water to be undetected by any means until the opponent shows up. As the opponent becomes visible again as his technique comes to an end, Kakuzu quickly moves behind the opponent, Silently emerging from the water behind the opponent with his hand holding the kunai to emerge first. No sound is made as the opponent emerges. As soon as the Kakuzu's hand up to his wrist level emerges from the water surface, With the Kunai, Kakuzu stabs the Kunai into the "Achilles Tendon" of the opponent's Left leg and Grabs the leg In which the Kunai is stabbed, Presses it, and crushes it causing excruciating pain as he merges out. Due to the Kunai Damaging the Tendon and further the pain produced by kakuzu grabbing the Stabbed part Crushing it will cause great pain to the opponent making the swimming of the opponent difficult one. Since the Tendon if Cut as the Kunai is stabbed into it, The opponent will not be able to use his left leg effectively hence his movement speed will be greatly reduced.

(Hiru Banshō: Bōka no Jutsu) - Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another passive object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. While merged, the user is virtually undetected unless the enemy has a doujutsu. Even chakra sensors won't be able to pinpoint the users position. The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.
Note: the user must be Sannin Rank and above
Note: Orochimaru and Yamato can use it 5 times per battle, Uchiha Madara can use it 3 times, other ninjas can use it twice.

With The movement of the enemy now severely restricted, As Kakuzu quickly emerges from the water after Cutting of the Ligament in the left leg of the opponent, He quickly places his Elbow in a Raised up manned with the another hand supporting the elbow such that the elbow is held in the shoulder level of Kakuzu. With that stance, Kakuzu then Smashes the Chest of the opponent. Due to the power of the Elbow smash, the Rib cage of the opponent get's Fractured or broken severely damaging the opponent.

As soon as Reese feels the kunai touching his leg. And the area it was nearing to, this is due to his vast knowledge of the human body from his years of knowing and mastering graceful fist fighting style. Reese gathers and releases sound chakra from his mouth in the form of a loud yell. The scream releases a large omnidirectional blast of sound, blasting the kunai and anything around Reese with great might. Reese then turns around to see half the man emerged from the water.

"That is a nice technique you got there, that could have been bad for me."

Next as Reese was completely around he spoke: "So, you think you are good huh?" - Unknowingly to the man this phase was actually a start to his next technique, within his mouth there was sound chakra, they sound chakra was released as soon as Reese spoke. The sound goes directly into the man's ears, causing a loud ringing sound; and over time the ringing will get louder and louder.

Next in his assault. Reese stands there without even moving as right behind the man a large dragon made out of complete water is formed right behind him (short range from the man), using the water that was left on the battle field. The dragon stands tall, and then with simple blink from Reese the dragon attacks its target; hitting the man dealing a large amount of physical damage while the ringing is building up in the man's ears.

The ringing continues to grow as time progresses, originally disrupting how a person hears hampering their ability to think clearly. From that point, it starts to mess with their balance until they become incredibly disorientated, and unable to mold chakra properly due to this.
Note: Lasts 8 turns and reduces damage of the jutsu used against the user by -5 until this effect wears off while increasing the chakra cost of every technique the enemy uses by +10

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
