Batman learned ninjutsu (I'm not talking about naruto manga ninjutsu} but he use only gadgets & vehicles its the only down side of batman movies

Nah. He fights sometimes. In Batman Begins, he fights a lot. That's a very ninjay movie.

Batman isn't a pure fighter. He uses everything to his offense. I think there's a good balance in the films. He fights when he needs to and uses tech when he needs to.

I agree. I was talking live action. In the animated films, he does fight a lot indeed, I agree.
