Iv been planning this for a long time, I just havnt told anyone about it, and I dont want to share this with anyone but you. I believe that with all that money I have, I could do things that other people could only dream of.

But that dousnt mean that I have to become a criminal, that I have to ignore what my parents tought me, or that I cant have a proper future.
Nobody stopped that crime from happening, nobody.
And it could happen again, I could easily go out there and kill someone and get away with it. The police are doing their job ofcourse but Crime is escalating in this city. I think its time that people find "hope". That they find "fear".
So that people will think twice about doing something criminal, so that people will feel safe when walking home alone in the night.
If someone could prevent crime from happening in the first place, then that someone wouldnt get any fame or reward for it.
But some people would "know" that the city is safer.
I can "become" that someone. That will be my main career.
