Paths get each other's speed/reaction feats and can use shared vision via Rinnegan.
Sasuke, Kakashi and Neji can use their dojutsu
Shunshin is allowed for all parties
Both teams get a month of training to learn the game.
The refs are EMS Madara and SM Hashirama so they will notice if anyone gets fouled.

Scenario 2: Team 1 is replaced with V1 Ay, 3T Itachi, Minato (no FTG), Tsunade and Hidan

S1: team 2 i think. how would shared vision help here. I'm pretty sure anyone would already know where the ball is. Like unorthodox said Sauce/Kakashi could mimic the skills of pro if they observe them in that 1 month. Neji could use 360 degrees to get unexpected passes.

S2: Team 1 just like what unorthodox said. Unless one of those Asians are on Yao Ming level they can put up a good game but Ay being black might just be too much for them to deal with.

Team 1 is actually rather dangerous. Jiraiya praised the Paths for their ability to work in tangent and form perfect combination attacks as well. Simply being capable of knowing exactly what each player on the field is going to do based on a mental stimulus while having awareness of everything surrounding them on the field actually provides the Paths with more synergy than Team 2 in all honesty.

At least for Scenario 1, Team 1 would most likely win.

Gai has enough finesse to break all of their legs without touching a single path. He's a master of taijutsu and is equally decent at reading physical movements.

Ay on the other hand...not sure if he can dribble without leveling the area.
