[Discussion] Basing Tobirama's actions on a story!

When Tobirama was introduced,and he was asked why he prosecuted the Uchiha's,Many uchiha fanboys where in total rage,expecially the "U Know Who fans"
But above all Tobirama,Like itachi did what was best for the village!
So if your praising itachi,tobirama needs to be praised also!
Now on with the story....
A doctor met a Mentally unstable man In the hospital.in a short period of time,they became friends.
But the mad Man had an issue,his madness is incurable! The doctor tried his best but to no avail!
Oneday the doctor and the mentally deranged man rented an apartment together.
They had their own children,with the children of the mad man inheriting a bit of his madness(madness can't be inherited)
The mads man's insanity appears annually,because its inevitable!
So that fateful year when the doctor's junior bro was around,he got to know about his bro's friend and his famed lunacy.not so long after,the guy had one of his episodes,where he destroyed everything Valuable in that apartment,and the doctor wasn't around!
The doctor's bro having witnessed his lunacy firsthand was very disappointed and Mift.later the mad man left saying he wasn't treated well,but the children stayed behind,saying they donot want a crazed man as a dad!
Later when the doctor's bro got to know that the Lunatic man's children inherited a bit of madness from their dad,and it manifest everytime they grow,to prevent another great loss of properties,he got another apartment for the Mads man children,though he was keeping an eye on them from time to time!
This is the most reasonable way I can explain tobirama's actions,because its justified!
Some of the uchiha"s becomes insane when they lose a loved one which is inevitable,comeon its a Ninja world,people die! No need to become psychopaths.
I understand tobirama's action,and if I was in his shoes,I'd do the same for the good of the village!

When an uchiha loses a loved one,they become unstable!
And that period was a time of constant war,losing a loved one is inevitable,so going by tobirama's words,that particular uchiha becomes Unstable,therefore Uchiha Madara is reborn!
So he tried taking precautions.
Seriously you don't risk that knid of thing on what if they don't!
