Hawkins is a tall man, with black triangle symbols on his eyebrows, red eyes, and golden hair that reaches down to his hips. He also has a black cross tattooed at the base of his throat that is at the front of his neck. His attire includes a pure white coat with a ruffled neckline and sleeves. He also wears purple trousers tucked inside black boots with white laces on them and a dark ornament made of fur circling the lower part of his torso, with a lighter shade in the middle of it. He also has a pink sash tied around his waist, with a piece of jewellery hanging from it. Hawkins also wears dark gloves and an armor-like armlet can be seen on his left arm around his left biceps, which also extends to cover his left shoulder. On his right hip he carries a sword with an elaborate pommel that resembles a voodoo doll.
⬗P e r s o n a l i t y⬗
He almost always remains completely calm regardless of the situation, showing no emotional response. Hawkins portrays himself in a noble and enigmatic manner. He seems to be always serious, and before the battle with Brownbeard, coldly commented that he hates jokes. He appears to be against the idea of needless violence in social situations, as seen when he stopped his crew-mate from attacking a waiter after the latter accidentally spilled spaghetti all over his clothes, even apologising to the waiter himself. Although confident in his own abilities, he is pragmatic to choose submission over death for the sake of his pride.

History
Not much is know about Hawkin's origins apart from he comes from the land of earth, where he stole the kinjutsu art that allows him to control threads in his body. With this he managed to fight and defeat several shinobi, claiming the hearts for himself, eventually gaining to advanced elemental hearts in the form of Ice and Storm release. As he travels the world he carries a deck of Tarot cards, reading fortunes, working out his own fate through the cards he draws, allowing them to choose his path for him.
Now he travels the ninja world looking to enhance his skills, along with finding a final heart to complete his collection. With this he continues to hone his skills with his dark threads.

Single Handseal Specialist:
You can perform techniques of the skill you chose to specialize in by performing a single ( 1 ) handseal, that is still double-handed except when specifically stated otherwise in the technique. This can be applied to Advanced and Custom Elements that are composed of basic elemental affinities.
Sourceless Materializing Specialist:
You can materialize your element or skill you specialize in without needing a source. Likewise, you can sustain creations of the element without limiting yourself, such as creation of S rank Earth Golem and allowing it to exist without sustaining it on your own. This is done by adding 1 handseal to the necessary total.
Apex Handseal Specialist:
You can perform techniques of the skill you chose to specialize in without the usage of handseals, though you must still perform complimentary and logical body movements related to the technique. This applies even if said jutsu does not have specific movements detailed in its description.
Lifeline
The user starts with a 25% chakra increase, allowing the user to start fights with more chakra.
The Magician:
Hawkins always carries a pack of Tarot Cards with him at all times making comments on probabilities of events and outcomes. With this he even hold cards for elements within the deck to decide which direction his path should take him. Due to his mastery of rope arts, he wears chains under his clothes that he can passively control. It's two chains wrapped around his torso with two kunai like blades on the ends of the chains, fitted into holsters on his belt.
