LMAO at people mentioning Sakura and Tsunade in the same post as Naruto and Sasuke. Sure they have good chakra control, but they have never handled the volume of chakra that Naruto and Sasuke have had to control.

Has to be naruto. No feat is greater than giving chakra to the whole shinobi alliance. That takes alot of chakra control. To be able to transfer chakra to other ninjas with different chakra, is quite amazing. And it was 2nd nature to him. When did he have a chance to practice doing this?

Rikudo chakra is clearly the strongest chakra in Naruto. You said it yourself as Sasuke did something
that Hashirama could do, but with much less effort using rikudo chakra. Anyways, that's irrelevant
to the thread topic which is about chakra control which is not the same as chakra quality.

I'd say Naruto has the best chakra control based on feats for his ability to control more nature energy
than anybody ever has, at least that we know of.

worst chakra control:

Naruto for being able to share and maintain chakra alongside Kurama amongst a large number of shinobi.
Sasuke for being able to stabilize a large mass of chakra in one spot.
Hashirama for being able to use the pinnacle of medical ninjutsu, and for being able to create a giant construct all on his own power.
Tsunade for having individually refined chakra control where nothing goes to waste.
Sakura for same as above.

Thread solo'd! Naruto matched each member of the SA chakras perfectly and provided cloaks, this is by far the best chakra ctroll feat in the manga. Naruto FTW!

1. Naruto (perfect sage modes, perfect mass shadow clones, rasenshuriken)
2. Sasuke (several variations of chidori, control over Orochimaru's essence, control over amaterasu form, PS, bijuu susano'o)
3. Nagato (could use both Rinnegan and piece its powers into avatars he could control from a distance, expertise in all elements)
4. Madara (largest PS, PS mokuton clones, bijuu susano'o, Meteor summoning, instant expertise with Kamui
5. Sakura (first of the team to master it on her feet and use it in combat, able to break out of Kabuto's genjutsu unlike any other K11, the second to unlock Byakugou after Tsunade, does not age from using it.
6. Hagoromo (Kept his spirit intact, summoned all the kage from the pure land, gave his chakra to Naruto and Sasuke, created the bijuus, sealed the juubi into himself.
