Itachi wins rather easily.
- Itachi easily kept up with both KCM Naruto and Bee simultaneously along with SM Kabuto, so reacting and demolishing his KN0 Enhanced clones shouldn't be an issue.
- Itachi is easily faster and can pressure Naruto with his high jutsu execution at mid-range or Shuriken-ninjutsu.
- Itachi can block his LoS which hinders Naruto significantly when he has no sensing capabilities.
- Itachi's Genjutsu forces Naruto to avoid eye contact and or contact with his fingers which makes him a much less effective fighter.
- Itachi can easily feint Naruto considering he had done so against 2 Sharingan users and SM Kabuto.

Naruto should win with TKB unless itachi could cast a Genjutsu on him before he sets TKB off which is likely .
-Genjutsu doesn't affect clones .
-katon and suiton are too small to do significant damage to clones army .
-clone fients:lol good look with feinting the original Naruto .
-Itachi's only chance is beating thousand clones of KN0 Naruto with the ability to use rasengan and odoma rasengan with pure taijutsu and kenjutsu which is heavily unlikely .thousands shrukens thrown by naruto clones should get the job done , otherwise naruto outlasts .
