Base sharingan user can be consider kage level and suitable to be hokages.


Kakashi have only Halve on the uchiha eyes and he was well known for copying 1000 jutsu.Kakashi have almost all the element jutsu because of the sharingan.

base Sasuke take down dediara and orichimaru ,who were consider to be very powerful.Sasuke was even strong enough to take on itachi with kirin.

Itachi did take down Kureani and kakahi with base sharingan

Yet Bee took on and would have killed Sasuke 3 times with his MS.. hmmmmm YEA.!!! Bee showed him what is Kage level is all about. Plus Kirin was his desperate move to try to beat Itachi who was sick and dying. The fight was practically given to him.

He beat a sick Orochimaru and a ninja who his brother beat without even making a move. Plus you can't compare him to Kakashi because Kakashi's genius in skill and strategy is on a whole other level than what Sasuke is on. He has power but there has not been genius on a strategy level without using a Genjutsu.

Uhhhh, no. A base level sharingan user doesn't equal Hokage. Kakashi has copied all those jutsu from battles. The sharingan doesn't allow you to use other elements that's something you train for. Base sharingan is one tome, and you comparing prodigies like Itachi and Sasuke who are and would be considered elite amonst their clan. Their father was the head of the clan. So you can't take the accompliments of a few and spread among the whole clan. Yes they were know as a warrior clan but to considered all of them with a base sharingan at kage level is ridiculous

Do you consider Tobi to have won his fight with Minato? Tobi did the same thing he ran away. Sasuke and Deidara were pretty much forced to a draw. Sasuke never landed a kill shot. Deidara would have if sasuke didn't run away.

Sasuke didn't kill Diedra because he was trying to get info about Itachi, that's what really needs to be realized. Honestly Diedra had no reason to engage Sasuke it was just because he hated the sharingan
