Base Sharingan nerfed?

Kakashi was known to be the "Copy Ninja" with just one base sharingan... base sharingan has been nerfed beyond belief. It was used to predict jutsus before the opponent even used them. It's such a shame base sharingan isn't even utilized anymore.

I'm not talking about recent events. This can be applied to as soon as Itachi displayed his MS abilities; the ability to copy and predict moves was totally forgotten. It became a spam of Susanoo, Ameterasu, and Obitio's Teleportation.

Back when everyone was slow. Look at how fast people in this series are now, the precog stuff is useless if you can't react.

Mangekyo and Eternal Mangekyo retain the abilities of base Sharingan, while also offering more power than base. Why use the weaker base form when you can use the superior EMS form?

Well technically Sasuke did use the Pre-Cog to avoid Raikage attack and use chidori on him.

Though yeah, with pre-cog the battles would have been more epic imo.

I personally think advanced pre-cog should be a Mangekyo ability cos its so sick. Imagine being able to "see" what ur opponent does, set up a technique and a trap and simply wait for the opponent to acc do the technique and just K.O them.

Like when the Raikage was bout to do Liger Bomb if advanced cog was a mangekyo ability, Sasuke would have seen it and maybe as the Raikage lifted his arm up for Liger Bomb just straight up use Amaterasu blades to strike them off. Epic and op asf

At one point in the series, people started using KKG based jutsu or jutsu that couldn't be copied.

I.E Gaara's sand jutsu, Rasengan, FTG, etc...
