for some few days sasuke fanboys has been bashing naruto about how base sasuke has been performing and naruto had been doing nothing and also claims that sasuke>Naruto, well if we can look closely at this weeks episode and really put aside our fanboyism we can see sasuke in the last panel taking on the bad guy, right using three toe moe sharingan but then looking closely one would have noticed sasuke teleported outside to help naruto out, which now made something clear to me, Base sasuke does not exist anymore just like most rinnegan users sasuke spiral rinnegan doesn't deactivate which means even if sasuke does not use the rinnegan jutsu hsi spiral rinnegan is always active in helping speep up his movement and always help in tracing opponent movement. prove of rinnegan alwas active this sasuke in the tower in page fifteen with sharingan deactivated ye the was able to sense the coming of the opponent

Not in a raw form. But currently, yes, the weakest form of Sasuke is stronger than Base Naruto. Not that it matters, being that neither one of the them ever fight like that.

There's no indication of switching or teleportation. Which always had something to show or "hear" sound wise.

Sasuke used speed. Same against JJ Madara when he sliced him.

When he teleports there's at least a sfx

is the same SFX on the first scan's lower bottom. I checked every S/T example Sasuke has, and it always has that SFX kanji.

Long as he can see with the other eye he should be able to utilize the Rinnegan's S/T, Right? lol. Or is there an explicit requirement for him to see exclusively with the Rinnegan's eye to where he wants to go before using it?

Well all he would need to do is imagine where he wants to go and since he's been in that tower long enough should have a good image of the area in his head probably doesn't even need the Sharingan to do that part for the Rinnegan S/T.
