That isn't a good comparison cos he's a Katon user so it may have something to do with that, SM naruto is pretty durable, but i'd say they're on par cos base Sasuke speed>SM naruto, base Sasuke agility> SA naruto, base Sasuke reflexes> SM naruto. SM only has healing and maybe even durability on him which pretty much makes them on par
