Also, Manda was his summon since he had Oro's DNA.

Even if Sasuke genjutsu'd Manda, Jiraiya still has 2 boss toads which will kill them all the same.

Close his eyes? That would put him in a huge disadvantage. Also Naruto could use his shadow clones while Sasuke and Sakura distract Jiraiya and Naruto can make all the shadow cones use rasengan and hit Gamabunta which will make Gamabunta open his eyes and Sasuke can use genjutsu
