Gudodama can't instantly kill Naruto, since he can safely make contact with it (punching the staff, which surprised Madara).

However, Juubito has an healing factor, should be overall tougher, has more versatility with his gudodama, regardless of the fact that one of its biggest factor is removed and should have more taijutsu experienced overall.
