I say Sakura.
Their attempts of injuring each other will most likely end in nothing since both can heal from the injuries.
However, she can outlast with Yin Seal or potencially win in CQC due to her strenght (by throwing him off balance via destroying the ground and then strike).
With Katsuyu though he's certainly overwhelmed.
