We thought we had gotten away. We thought it was all over. Yet, death lurked around every corner.
Day Two
Daybreak at the bottom of the lake, a hotel on it's shore, and horde of undead savages beckon at it's doors. A blissful night, awakened by harsh screams in the hallway.
"What could that be?" Zerabitu questioned as she opened the door to see what was going on.
Almost immediately a hungered beast was upon her, tearing fabric with gripping hands and her shirt was torn clear from her body. She consequently shut the door in the undead man's face.
Zerabitu then turned, bosom bouncing freely she looked at everybody else. "They're back."
Lawliet just pointed at Zerabitu, "You should cover yourself up.
"I've got it!" Zombie jumped to his feet, placing his hands over her breasts covering them from view. "Hand Bras!"
"Thank you for your assistance Zombie, but I don't think we can escape a massive horde of undead freaks with your hand bras." Zerabitu remained diligently calm despite Zombie's groping.
"Mmmm, I think we can." Zombie sighed, "but if you insist. I'll let you put on real clothing."
Mockingbird moaned, "I wish we could make an overpowered jutsu that could kill all these things instantly."
"Hey retard, this is real life," Flaw growled.
By the time Zerabitu was dressed again, the group had already formulated a plan to escape. The front door was really the only way out of the room, so they would have to go through that door fighting. Yet to fight, they would need weapons.
Zombie still had his fire ax, Flaw still had a fire extinguisher, but the rest of the group was left quite unarmed. Zerabitu began to take some initiative, looking around the room. The others followed suit.
Nocturnal had found an ironing board, which he proceeded to pull apart until he had a long sturdy metal pole with a viciously jagged end. Polemarch had a lamp, a rather tall one with a heavy base that would be good for bludgeoning. Zerabritu found the actual iron for the ironing board, which would definitely knock some people down.
The entire group looked expectantly at Lawliet, her hands behind her back. She smiled and pulled out a Holy Bible. Nocturnal quickly buried his face into his palms. It was rather obvious who would be holding the group back.
Miss Faust finally emerged from the bathroom with the first aid kit, and many bandages made from bed sheets and what not. They were all ready.
"Okay, here's the plan." Zombie began to speak.
Lawliet raised her hand.
"I didn't even start yet, and you already have a question?" Zombie grumbled.
"Well, you're Zombie right, and they're Zombies right?"
"Okay, moving on. We only have one way to go, that's through the front door. Our enemy is anybody who isn't us. We try to get to the elevator, because I'm sure as hell not taking the stairs. Let's go."
"What the hell kind of plan is that?" Nocturnal asked.
"Oh, I'm sorry. We'll dig a hole through the ceiling and climb onto the roof of the hotel and make a helicopter appear out of nowhere, fly to the Bahamas and drink some margaritas on the beach." Zombie paused for a moment, "Now let's go."
Zombie ripped the front door open, and that one undead man was still there and gnawing on Zerabitu's shirt. Zombie flung his ax forward straight into the undead bastards face. Bone crushed and blood erupted in an extravagant shower of gore.
"Okay guys, the elevator is about fifty meters to the right, me and Flaw will cover the left. The rest of you secure a path to the elevator." Zombie yelled while already moving.
Flaw burst through the door behind Zombie and began swinging his fire extinguisher violently. Then he realized there were only about three zombies in the hallway.
"Well, that was very anti-climatic." Flaw seemed to be expecting hundreds.
Zombie shrugged, "There will probably be more downstairs."
The rest of the group rushed at the elevators, and took out the few zombies there were along the way. Zombie and Flaw decided to walk to the elevator casually.
As they moved inside of the elevator, an awkward silence fell on them as corny elevator music played.
"Somebody press a damn button!" Flaw finally broke the silence.
Lawliet proceeded to press all of them.
"Goddamnit, now this elevator is going to stop on every floor!" Flaw shouted.
"You don't have to shout, I'm standing right next to you Flaw." Lawliet scolded him, with a frown.
The elevator stopped at the very next floor down, and opened. Consequently a zombie lunged in and managed to grab Zerabitu's shirt, ripping it open.
Fortunately, Zombie was standing directly behind her, and brought his hands up from behind her to immediately cover her breasts. "Hand Bras! Mmmm."
The rest of the group eliminated the only zombie, and the doors closed. The rest of the elevator trip continued like this until they hit the ground floor where the doors opened up to a mass of zombies chasing people around in a feeding frenzy.
"You know, why didn't we just switch elevators?" Flaw suddenly questioned their actions.
"Who cares, let's go!" Zombie rejoiced, still covering Zerabitu's breasts.
Seeing as most of the zombies were distracted by other guests of the hotel running around freely, their group seemed to nonchalantly make their way out of the lobby with little to no effort.
As this point, we thought it would be easy. We thought these zombies were slow. Yet we were in for a rude awakening.
Suddenly the ground thundered and rumbled. A motorcycle ripped through the air and skidded across the ground. A rather large heaving bulk of undead muscle ripped through the parking lot, smashing many vehicles in it's path.
"What the hell is that thing?" Mockingbird was rather nervous.
Zombie hoisted Zerabitu into his arms and began running away from the group. "Split up!"
Flaw grabbed Faust by the hand and ran in the other direction. Meanwhile Lawliet picked Nocturnal up by the ankles and took off running behind Zombie and Zerabitu, dragging him by the ankles.
"Why the hell am I still here by myself? No matter, I can handle this malevolent creature by myself!" Mockingbird decreed as he rushed straight at the hulking zombie swinging his lamp overhead.
As he closed the distance, the zombie became aware of his presence, but it was too late. Mockingbird jumped the remainder of the distance through the air swinging the lamp as hard as he could at the creature and struck it with a loud bang. Unfortunately for Mockingbird, it had no results.
The large zombie's muscles swelled as it turned on mockingbird bringing down two large fists on top of him tearing his arms off at the shoulders.
Mockingbird entered a fight or flight mode, and at this point chose fight, biting the large behemoth. He even managed to draw blood, unfortunately he accidentally swallowed it, rapidly joining the legions of the undead.
The first victim of our group. Though, I feel I should honor him, because it's thanks to him that the rest of us got away.
Mockingbird's demise enabled the remaining six to meet up at Nocturnal's van, which was still undamaged. Lawliet heaved, trying to catch her breath, finally letting Nocturnal go.
"I told you we should have gone back to grab my purse. The keys were in it!" Lawliet frowned at the group.
Flaw shook his head, "it's okay, I can hot wire the van."
"Because he's from Romania." Greg added.
Flaw shot Greg a look, before smashing in the drivers window and opening the door.
"Hey, my window!" Greg yelled at Flaw.
Flaw continued ignoring getting to work by pulling out a large screw driver and a hammer. He simply slammed the screw driver into the ignition and turned it. The van started.
We survived for two days now. Yet things would only get worse.
