Base Naruto - What is included ? - LET ME CLEAR THIS OUT.

Let me get this clear - Base means no Power ups from a Third-Person/Object - such as Sharingan, Rinnengan, Tailed beast mode

Sage mode - Should be included , it is a technique learned through training which simply enhances User's taijutsu and techniques . The person has to gather chakra in order to use it. Thus it is a technique

Curced Mark should be taken in as a Third Object enhancement - Since it literally Gives you chakra without the person having to absorb it

For example - Comparing to Sasuke

Pain/Danzo arch - Base Sasuke with No Sharingan Is equal to Naruto with Sage mode, Sasuke with Sharingan =Naruto in 4 tailed beast form or More ( NOT BIJUU MODE , the Old tailed form ) - Now let me explain why

As any other technique Sage mode has it's Limited time of Use . Like a Fire technique for example - It does not burn forever and it is Used by the person gathering chakra for it Raikage's Lighning armor is another technique , Or gaara's Body sand shield

You might Say that the Bijuu Mode is the same - but It is given by a third person , Naruto does not necessarily have to gather that Chakra himself

Unlike Sage mode.

So - Base Naruto includes

• Summoning Technique - Ma and PA and the rest of the Toad gang. - Some seem to forget this

• All of Ma and Pa's techniques - Including the Genjutsu

No, Kurama was given to Naruto at birth. Sasuke was born with the genetics to use sharingan.
