Base Naruto loses very badly. He is simply slower than SM Naruto, who is at least as fast if not faster than V1 Ei. Naruto without enhanced reflexes and Sage Sensing won't have time to react. V1 Ei blitz and kills him with Horizontal Lightning Chop. His only real chances are to land Odama Rasengans on Ei, which is absolutely not happening.

Only post Six Paths Base Naruto can beat Ei.
