If you are taking away Rikudo Powers, then Madara should lose his Rinnegan. Either way he still shit stomps since EMS Madara>>>SM Naruto. In scenario 2, it's basically Asura Avatar Naruto vs. JJ Madara. Naruto wins mid-high diff.
