This is unfair, if you want to prevent Naruto from using his other modes here then you should prevent Itachi from using his Sharingan.

Naruto takes this. Genjutsu dosen't work on clones, He can summon gamabunta to jump away from amaterasus and He can make 100 clones using oodama rasengan which was able to destroy Madara's forest so susano should be no problem and once susano is destroyed Itachi will lose all of his stamina due to the strain those techs puts and die.
