Naruo wins , he has more chakra , and he is builed for this type of fights , he was also able to tank an explosion equal to his own + kurama chakra in base , sasuke is better at taijutsu , but without the shirangan , he can't keep up , and naruto isn't sloppy taijutsu fighter either .
Tough fight , but naruto outlasts him in the end .

Sasuke wins this. He's more skilled than Naruto in hand to hand combat and logically without plot Naruto won't be able to keep up with Sasuke's speed when Naruto is in base mode.

Remember Sasuke's speed stays the same regardless of if it's base or not.

The difference in speed between Base Naruto and Kyuubi activated Naruto is planets apart.Remember how it was close to instant when he dodged Raikage's attack? Base Naruto can't dodge anything from Raikage like that. Like I said, logically without bias and plot shield, Sasuke should be able to blitz him. We've seen Naruto's reaction at the start of shippuden and he couldn't react to Hebi Sasuke, we know that the current adult Sasuke is much faster than that. I just can't see Naruto reacting to it.

If we're talking last and up I still see sasuke being decently faster but naruto seems a lot better at cqc than he was before(it is a movie though so there's that, and he's no slouch in boruto) I was simply saying sasukes reaction time simply wouldn't be the same. I see naruto being physically stronger(if just a bit) and sasuke being faster. Imo it could go both ways in a straight hand to hand no power match. But it's just that, an opinion

I'm not completely sure, but isn't Naruto supposed to equal by concept to Sasuke with the Sharingan (three tomoe)? I believe with clones he wins since Sasuke doesn't have his bloodline limit.

If they are as they were at the end of the VoTE 2 then Naruto shit stomps him since he still has Shadow Clones and Rasengan up to Chou Oodama while Sasuke only has Chidori and it's inferior variants. Can't even properly use Chidori without Sharingan. If he does he'll run straight into an Oodama or Chou Oodama Rasengan from Naruto and catch this L. Base Naruto is meant to be on unrestricted 3-Tomoe Sasuke's level. Restrict Sasuke and leave Base Naruto unrestricted and it's obvious who gets raped.

If they are adults then Naruto still shit stomps him tbh. Sasuke may have the overwhelming speed and strength advantage, but Naruto still has his Ninjutsu which are far far far stronger than Base Sasuke's Ninjutsu. (Chidori is useless and will get him killed in an instant, it's variants are inferior to Rasengan) What's worse is that Base Naruto at the end of the Manga can throw Rasen Shuriken.

Not sure why people think it's a straight up hand to hand when OP only restricted modes. Not Ninjutsu.
