Ive seen threads with similar topics but in this thread naruto is not allowed sage mode or the kyubbi and sasuke is not allowed ems or a regular sharigan wut do yu think? in my opinion this comes down to diversity in jutsu and sasuke has the clear advantage since naruto only knows shadow clones and rasengan

I think base Sasuke, because Naruto wouldn't be able to use rasen shuriken or any good rasengans. He'd be stuck with summoning and normal rasengan and clones. Sasuke still has a lot of chidori attacks and hawk summoning.
