In base its a different story. Naruto possesses high level taijutu. Furthermore he has more battle experience than Sasuke. Not only that hes not a strategist type like Sasuke. Hes the type who fights on instinct. And that right there gives him the edge.

Sasuke can't use his high speeds without Rikudou's chakra. And if you are going to refer to the scan in start of part 2.. just know meslapping you by surprise doesn't mean i can slap you in a fight.

yeah, let's completely discount the fact that Base Naruto can make as many clones that a tree has leaves. Why don't you just say Base Sasuke can take Base Naruto with both eyes closed or with 1 hand tied behind his back. You're already that far out on a limb already Lol
