Base Naruto vs Base Sasuke? But current age and Intelligence?

Base means essentially nothing, basic rasengan and basic chidori. Nothing more.
So in theory what i'm asking is if current Naruto & Sasuke where stripped of all their powers who would win the fight?

Honestly atp chakra probably goes to Sasuke too.

Right now both are basically equals..

In base its a different story. Naruto possesses high level taijutu. Furthermore he has more battle experience than Sasuke. Not only that hes not a strategist type like Sasuke. Hes the type who fights on instinct. And that right there gives him the edge.

Sasuke can't use his high speeds without Rikudou's chakra. And if you are going to refer to the scan in start of part 2.. just know meslapping you by surprise doesn't mean i can slap you in a fight.

i don't believe i need to. The fact that Naruto has to be held back for the sake of keeping Sasuke tells me i don't need to rethink anything. And i didn't say Rinnegan Sasuke doesn't outclass Base Naruto. That's your fail reading comprehension at work.
