Base Naruto speed VS base Sasuke speed and base Minato speed

I'm sorry but you must be jokin to put base Naruto speed in the same sentence as Minato's and Sasuke's. Base Lee,Guy,Itachi,Kakuzu,Kakashi,ect are all faster than base Naruto

Naruto used base speed to save Sakura when Kakashi couldn't, and Kakashi's faster than Guy. Kakashi even said that Naruto's got better timing than him.

Sasuke has shown pretty good speed feats, he was in their face with his sword out in an instant... but Naruto is the son of Minato so ... :|

Still my point still stands. Kakashi was definitely closer to Sakura than Naruto. Why was Naruto able to save her when Kakashi couldn't?

Minato is first because some of the base feats he's shown are pretty crazy.

Sasuke is second because he's one of the fastest base characters in the entire manga. Also has some good feats

Naruto isn't slow in base, but he's outmatched compared to Sasuke and Minato.

Speed is not related to sight. Eyes don't control leg muscles! He saw well enough to get Sakura. He was holding Sakura by the neck. He knew very well where to aim the kunai in his hand which means that there's no reason for him to be moving slower than normal. Yet, Naruto managed to get Sakura safely from the kunai mid-swing.
