Read previous page good sir, base Naruto isnt slow, hes quite fast. And while he has only one elemental technique, he make up for that with his skill with shadow clones, transformation techniques and battle smarts.

Iruka: Has genin level skills yet hes a chuunin
Ebisu: Only thing we seen him use were kage bunshin yet hes a respected Elite Jounin

Kurenai: Specialises mainly in genjutsu and is a Jounin
Naruto: Has massive chakra and stamina in base therefore is no less Jounin level

i did read the previous pages...well some of them. He may not be slow but he aint that fast neither.
Transformation is a genin lvl tech...
Of course he has skill with his shadow clones.
He has been using them for 2 years. Shino has new techs of using his bugs,kiba is better at tracking,hinata has new byakugan techs,sakura knows more medical jutsu,shikamaru is good at using his shadow techs. But yert they are still chunin.

naruto at that time had help from the kyubii's chakra. And that was the only reason he won.

How about we put it this way;

well they haven't had much time to try the jonin exam haven't they ?? and personally naruto has progressed in his base mode a lot more than all the others ( expt maybe sakura ) i think he is jonin level

Base Naruto Withstood Deva's ST, Base Naruto Killed Kakuzu

Now Kakashi is the highest height of all Jounins i.e. almost a Kage and Base Naruto has already surpassed him.

So Base Naruto is almost Kage lvl.

With SM he surpasses the Kages [Note : his SM is Different than Jiraya's Incomplete SM]

With KM he is on par with Hashirama and Edo Madara

With BM he surpasses the 2 sons and is second to only SOSP.

Hes definetly a jounin level in base mode he took out an akastuki member in base mode, he can make hundreds of himself with shadow clones, he has a very wide variety of rasengan and he can also summon giant toads in base mode all of this combined with his strateegic battle style makes him easily jounin level :shrug:

Speed is when you´re blitzing all over the place in a fight and your opponent is going crazy!
Naruto doesn´t have that!
