He doesnt have only FRS. Hes quite fast, he has great skill with his clones and transforamtion jutsu, hes also very good strategist. I dont see how base Naruto is weaker than Asuma.

Naruto was in sm against deva path but also sm to save sakura.
After pretha path sucked the natural energy out of him did he return to base and in base he wasnt even fast enough to catch pa frog;

ok thx , but i never said his based speed was even to lee or he can use shunshin

So he used sm to increase his speed to travel to them, but then went back in base to save sakura?. That doesnt make sense.

When he saved sakura and he had his head down, i believe he was in sm. Its after had he saved her did he lift his head up did he go back to base;
