Base Naruto Jonin lvl ??

What do you guys think ? i think he is jonin level , he has a large arsenal of techniques ( powerful too ) he has a decent speed , he's intelligent ( But we are only talking in base mode )What do you guys think ? :shrug:

Well that S- Rank tech makes him loads stronger he took two of kakuzu's hearts in a single blow , unlike kakashi who is a jonin

havent you noticed throughout the series without training hes gotten faster and smarter and more experienced , to boot he can spam shadow clones ,200 chuunin clones>kakashi... has to be said , and also he now has rasenshuriken and other kage level jutsu.... so im not really overrating him

rasengan....wind style rasenshuriken... toad colab jutsus...and summoning a giant toad for me is elite jounin or kage level to even summon them....oodama rasengan,wind style rasengan,sage mode(its a jutsu its not another form).... i think iv said enough

rasengan is an A- rank tech , Odama rasengan too , summoning gamma the boss is not a S-rank either , toad collaboration , sage mode is a form yes because you have to gather nature chakra , an then you have a another form with upgrades . The only one he really has is Rasenshuriken

kage level onwards is A rank and S rank.... yes but sage mode is classed as a parent jutsu..... jiraiya referred to it as a jutsu.... it is classed as a parent jutsu to many techniques like rasengan is,severe leaf hurricane is a jutsu and its nothing more than a round house kick....
some jounin dont even have the chakra to summon gam bunta....
