there are loads ofpeople that are jounin and are usong just one element manipulation, raikage uses justbligjtning.and ave not seen tsunadre useay element yet

Correction.....Ebisu is a S-Jounin. When he first took Naruto in to train him on walking on water, he introduced himself as one of the S-Jounin of the Leaf (whatever the hell that meant)....

What is base mode? Is it with sage mode? Or we talking before or after the Hidan Kakuzu. If it's before i'd say High Chunin if it's after i'd say jounin For sure. Rasen shuriken Makes the whole differents mostly because he learned a lot during the training about chakra control and such.

Naruto has goten much better with Sage Mode/jutsu Originaly he could only use a few clones during Sage mode and controlling his chakra obviously. Its not like Naruto can't make 2 clones have them runn off or stay at a distance charge sage or have more clones/etc. Shadow clones is also a forbidden jutsu...It is stated on the very 1st episode....Can Base Naruto beat Kakashi...yes he can.
assuming Naruto or kakashi does not use Sage or Sharingan. Naruto would win.
Kakashi has Dog summons.
Naruto has Frog summons and their just huge...
Kakashi has Chidori
Naruto has Rasangan which techinaly is stronger according to the time sasuke and Naruto fought on rooftop(water towers damage) and he has Rasen Shuriken which beats lightning.
Kakashi has small amount of Chakra in comparison to Naruto.
Kakashi knows that Head hunter earth jutsu?
They both know Shadow clones but Naruto can use it better.
Their close to even match but Naruto would just outlast Kakashi with his healing and mass numbers of clones.
Also they both know how to stick fingers up each other's ass and lets face it if Naruto was in real danger "the useless" Hinata would just jump out in front and take the hit while Naruto would go in "ALL CAPS RAGE MODE"

In reality Naruto has a couple of jutsu. He has Rasengan, Shadow Clones, and Summoning. He only knows how to use one elemental chakra, Wind Release. He doesn't know how to use genjutsu at all. But he is very skilled in taijutsu.
So he doesn't make the requirements but you could say his strength makes up for it.
So I would say that Base Naruto is a low Jonin.

Kuchiyose - 1 summon gamabunta - same as jiraiya's summon
rasengan - minato's level technique + only minato and jiraiya can use that tech
rasenshuriken - above minato's level on manipulating chakra nature
tajou kagebunshin - more than any level kage can produce - masses
ok ok this is the bad part oh my god. for all the hand sequence / seal why only kagebunshin LOLLLL...
this all base tech a few i could say but the level of techniques he is using is same as technique or level of a kage.

Dude first of all the part about Sasuke not being in base because of sharingan is nonsense, Sharingan is his blood line limit, its in his dna, therefore a natural ability and base mode. Unless you wana tell me that kimimaro isn't in base mode when he uses his bones or that Kidomaru isn't in base when he uses his spider webs, or that Haku isn't in base when he uses his ice techniques (with the exception of demon ice mirrors off course, those are like weaker version of hirashin).
Sasuke with sharingan is base mode, I would have understood now if you said in cursed seal state he isn't in base mode, but shringan? Come on bro, you're not convincing anyone but yourself with that argument.
As for Naruto's chakra making his a jounin level, I believe I already mentioned in my previous post that he can fight on a level of jounin with clone spam, which he can do because of chakra reserves.
If you didn't get it, my argument was that his "SKILL LEVEL" is not jounin level but his Chakra makes him able to fight on that level, especially with weak cats like Ebisu gaining elite jounin status.
