Base Naruto Jonin lvl ??

He's at least low kage level at base, kakashi did say he was stronger than him.

He is Low-Mid Jounin at Best in Base.

He has Taijutsu Skills, average Speed, Zero Genjutsu Skills, Powerful Ninjutsu's but would be hard to make them Land on opponents with Any kinda of High level Speed.

In Base Most High end Jounins Like Kakashi/Guy/Bee/temari (maybe)/kankuro (maybe) could have a good shot to take him down.

He can't throw rasenshuriken in base. And if he can't hit Kakashi with rasengan he definitely can't hit him with rasenshuriken.

I'd say he's high Jonin level to be fair.

In terms of power-Stronger than Kakashi, but slower, less intelligent, and non genjutsu skills.

To be fair, he could possibly defeat Kakashi in a fight in base mode, or give him a hard time. He's not weak in base form, we're just used to him having transformations now that we think of him as weak now.

base naruto cant use rasenshuriken unless he sacrifices himself.
so i would say base naruto is in a level below kakashi since the only thing he would do is spam kagebunshi and rasengan.

The guy is slow,ave tai, no gen, and only 1 element how can he be jounin level in base.

I am sorry to tell you but with after training with Jiraiya in Taijutsu and training with Frog Kata his Taijutsu skills are really good (not like Lee but awesome none the less in base mode).

His speed has picked up quite a bit as well especially after he clashed with Sasuke. Naruto is becoming very very fast. Plus we haven't seen Base Naruto oin I don't know how long so how could we really base what level he is at when he has been in Kyubi/Biju Mode for most of the war.

PLUS he is the only one in the series to use a Kage Level technique Kage Bushin no jutsu and at an expert level as well. He could make an army of himself and learn super hard techniques in a matter of days or weeks.

PLUS yea you say that he has:

1. The Rasengan which anyone here cannot admit that it is a very powerful technique, especially with its many variants
2. Wind Rasengan
3. Rasenshuriken which by far besides Kirin is the fastest long range attack I have seen. Also if it hit you, you are a goner or you would atleast never use any chakra attacks ever again.

PLUS he can summon any and all of the frogs who are also powerful.

PLUS his heads up strategy skills are amazing compared to many who have to think on their feet, not all but many.

PLUS his chakra reserves are 4 times that of Kakashi's so he would be able to l ast much longer in a fight if he uses his techniques correctly. Even though I doubt he would be able to use his chakra more effectively than Kakashi who knows 1000 techniques.

Yes his base mode is not all that but all the Kage Level techniques that he knows (which by the way are very very powerful) he has learn them & are using them like a Kage Level Shinobi..

I'm confused here, once you reach higher levels of ability, who fights at "base mode" anymore. I think a lot of people still think that his overall abilities have stayed static, they can only improve once you've attained higher level abilities. So definitely he's at Jounin level. I don't think there should even be a question of that.:shrug:

How do we know that his Sage training didn't increase his natural body training?

If he exhausted his body to it's limits in Sage Mode, his normal mode would still grow in proportion.

If he was in Sage Mode when he saved Sakura he most definitely would not have gotten cut because in Sage Mode Naruto's body is very very durable. He fell bout 50 feet on to jaggged rocks without causing any even blocked and broke a metal rod with his bare hands when he blocked Deva Path.

i agree but the thing is that he didnt train to be a sage for that long if i recall correctly but his speed did end up slighly increasing somehow. I noticed after i saw him in that small fight with killer b's pupals

Kakashi had just Used his Ms, he couldn't Move Normally right after Using it.

Kakashi Far ahead in Terms of Speed.

Naruto may have very powerful, kage-level techniques and clever wits, but his base taijutsu, genjutsu, speed, strength, intelligence and leadership skills place him at chuunin level. He may have grown over the years, but he is not the brightest nor the most mature of any of the Konoha 11.

With his power-ups, he definitely has Kage-level abilities, but it doesn't mean that he has the mentality to become a kage. If Tsunade ended up dying in the end, would you automatically turn to naruto and choose him to lead the village? Most likely not due to his lack of maturity.

You are so wrong, kakashi would kill base naruto easy! Don´t refer back to that little match they had at beginning of shippuden!
Kakashi was just playing with them, in a real fight, kakashi would kill them!

Also, naruto is only stronger then Tsunade and Mei in sage mode as far as i´m concerned, A, Oonoki and Gaara would all kill him!
Jiraiya took out 3 pains while in sage mode while not having intel.

Naruto took them out but it was with intel and pain didn´t want to kill naruto + Nagato was already tired of using that shinra tensei and still Pain technically won because he would´ve captured naruto if it hadn´t been for kyuubi which he had to rely on once again.

In KM, he´s stronger then most kages although he would beat them with high difficulty.

In BM, he´s matching Madara and Tobi in terms of power.

Stop overating naruto!

1. Kakashi did jack shit it front Deva and Kakuzu was about to kill him...however base Naruto killed Kakuzu's leveled up form,withstood Deva's Taijutsu onslaught and ST

Kakashi also admitted himself that Naruto has surpassed him after the Kakuzu incident.

He also stopped Edo Madara's wood jutsu that was supposedly gonna kill the 2 Kages [onooki and garra] and the fodders. And after current chapters we know how much pain in the ass WS is.

2. With Sage Mode he took on the Invincible pain...yeah I know he had the info but pain also had the info on him.

SM also beat the Edo 3rd Raikage a ninja that can solo 3 of the current 5 kages. Plus his taijutsu,sensor skills,endurance goes beyond the Kages.

3. KM won almost all the battlefields at once and is faster than everyone. I don't see Tobi or Madara doing that

Madara is having a hard time against 5 kages but those 15 KM Naruto clones would've got the job done by now.
