With that said, Kimimaro and Kidomaru get effortlessly fodderized by Naruto alone. I figure at LEAST the SRA variations of Naruto and Sasuke make it debatable yet they still stomp. But current?!

Kimmimaro has his bone ability that makes him pretty invulnerable to most of their attacks. They simply cannot beat him in taijutsu, period. As for ninjutsu, chidori penetrating his bone is somewhat debateable, but rasengan, and even rasenshuriken are out of the picture here, rasenshuriken mostly because Naruto can't throw it and it would hurt him too.

None of them have the ability to break out of Kidomarus webs, so once they get hit with that, then its pretty much over. He would be attacking at long range while kimmimaro handles close range.

I think you forgot about Chou Odama Rasengan which is as big as a car and Naruto's ability to create kage bunshin. I know it seems weird that you would forget Naruto can make clones, but I figure if you think Kidomaru and Kimimaro solo that you must have forgotten. It's the only logical answer, save yourself the trouble and be like "yeah man I forgot Naruto can use KB sorry sorry"

Plus what's their counter to genjutsu?

Yeah Kimimaro was owning Naruto, he didn't care about beating Kimimaro and he was trying to get to Sasuke. You realize that none of those Naruto used rasengan in any form and this is Naruto from two years later and a tamed Bijuu?

Naruto just does the same exact thing as last time except tries this time with Kurama's chakra. The following happens to them both, there's not much they can do other than bask in the glory that is complete and utter destruction of them both.

There's a such thing as "closing the distance" which Neji did. Sasuke's one of the fastest characters shunshin wise, and Kidomaru has no idea to expect genjutsu. How will he kill Sasuke or Naruto when they're blended in upon thousands of clones? He can't take them all out, the above happens to him too, or genjutsu. A genjutsu user fell for Sasuke's genjutsu at long range and couldn't move, he passed out directly afterwards

I'm pretty sure that Kimmimaro and Kidomaru by themsleves would completely destroy them. Tayuya could put them both in a genjutsu, which will take some time to release, and in that time, Jirobo drains their chakra during that time, Sakon and Ukon mostly hang back for support

guess you forgot narutos toad summons who have genjutsu of their own and can disturb naruto and sasukes chakra. kimimaro hasnt been seen to tank damage on a cellular level and damage to his chakra pathways.
oodama rasengan, FRS, summons, taijutsu are all part of narutos reportoire. sasuke has chidori variants, hawk summon, fuma shuriken, kusanagi sword.
