Base Minato's reaction speed is above V2 Raikage

I hope you aren't implying that Minato can deflect TBB like Naruto did in BM. Yes Minato is fast, has fast reaction speed, and FTG but he can't do that.

It's high speed that deflected those Bijuu-bombs. So if anyone comes at Naruto's level of speed like Naruto did, the outcome would be the same. It's because of that, that Kakashi thought it was Minato. Cuz only Minato could replicate that level of speed

you could be right because of the savior comment. But; he isnt foot speed faster than Aye or naruto. But he may have a faster reaction speed then everyone.

I hope the manga clears things up in upcoming chapters U_U

I have been waiting to see if Minato has more destructive potential. He is a technical master but I need to see some pure power from him. You can't leave the coolest hokage without a mountain leveler (you have to admit Minato's overall coolness.)

Chakra is energy. He wouldn't need to physically touch them for the force of his chakra combined with his speed to deflect them.

Any form of jikuukin will > footspeed.

When someone can react to an instantaneous uncertainity, that's enough....
One has to do a greater or at least similar feat like that to be even comparable to Minato...

Shee was thinking to himself and he had full info Ay, so that doesn't necessarily mean that what he was thinking was v1 specific, it was general. That implies Ay's max reaction time and Minato's max reaction are same.

Oh well, if we go by what Shee says then I suppose Minato doesn't surpass Ay's v2 but matches it U_U
